Providence Red

Providence Red is a different type of residential Landlord. We provide simple, elegant and competitively priced city centre rental apartments for out of town business people who only need to stay in London from Monday through to Thursday night.

Friday through to Sunday night we rent our apartments through Airbnb up to the maximum permissible 90 days per annum to generate additional rental income.

The revenue from the weekend guests allows us to offer unbeatable value to our loyal, regular, weekly customers some of whom have rented from us for years.

For approximately 60 weekend days per annum our apartments are unoccupied and we work with charities to offer free relief stays for full time careers to take a break without breaking the bank. Putting a little bit back never hurt anyone.
