The Secret is Management

On Friday morning our team descends on the apartment and, in accordance with an checklist agreed with the weekday tenant, we clean it top to bottom, change the linen and lock up the tenants possessions in a secure closet ready for our weekend guests.

On Monday morning the whole process reverses so the apartment is pristine and ready for our regular weekday guests on Monday evening.

By active management we can rent the apartments twice per week for approximately double the rent of the standard approach which supercharges our rental returns and drives the yield and value.
